Requirements:

• Applicants must be holders of Bachelors degree in Building Economics/Quantity Survey/Construction Management/Architecture/ Civil Engineering.

In addition applicants must have the following:

• Registered with the relevant professional body and have at least five (5) years post-registration experience in a project management capacity and all aspects of project planning, development and management
• Computer literate and strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project and reporting software programs
• Demonstrated experience in Personnel Management
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Post-graduate qualification will be added advantage
• The project manager will be employed within a design and build contract arrangement.

• He/she will be deployed as the Principal Site-based representative of the Project Implementation Committee.

Terms of Service:

The terms of service for the above include a generous medical scheme, house allowance and commuting allowance. Successful candidates will be offered two (2) year renewable performance - based contract and gratuity will be paid at the end of the contract.
