Duties:

• Develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Produce project estimates during sales process, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc.
• Attend client meetings during the sales process and during development.
• Build and refine graphic designs for websites.
• Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes.
• Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients.
• Design, develop and maintain web based business applications.
• Assist in debugging, staging, testing, and deploying of web based applications and native client applications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BSC in computer science or a related field or significant equivalent experience.
• 3 years minimum direct experience with stored procedures, Java Script, jquerry, PHP, HTML/XHTML and CSS (PHP IS A MUST).
• 2 year minimum experience working with SQL, MySQL & MSSQL
• 2 years minimum Web programming experience ASP, JSP etc.
• Ability to learn variety of operating systems, development environments, and programming languages and plat forms extremely fast.

Added advantage:

• Experience developing on and extending popular web authoring tools.
• Experience developing and/or implementing open source software projects.
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and CSS transitions
• Principles of responsive design.
