The Internal Auditor I will be reporting to Internal Audit Manager.

An officer at this grade will executing audit programmes, collecting audit evidence on major issues, reviewing internal control systems, verifying the existence and safety of Agency’s assets, prepare draft reports, reviewing budgetary controls on the issuance of authority to incur expenditure and commitment; examine variances to identify causes and take corrective action;

Qualification and Experience

• MUST have served as Internal Auditor II for a minimum of three (3) years in the Public Service or in a comparable position in a reputable Private Sector.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance option with CPA (K) or CIA Part III.
• Experience in audit planning, execution, report writing and presentation is an added advantage.
• Membership to ICPAK is an added advantage.
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
